University Daily Kansan

I worked for the University Daily Kansan, the student newspaper of the University of Kansas, while I attended KU from 2012 to 2016. I covered sports, student senate and the university’s ongoing issues with adequately addressing sexual assault on campus. I also held a variety of leadership positions at the Kansan, where I ultimately served as the digital operations manager. I revamped the Kansan’s website and digital presence and established a newsletter that drove engagement and page views.
